Green Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

I received a new batch of greens in my delivery box, so this baby is full of Swiss chard! 🌿 Full of vitamins K, A, C, magnesium potassium, fibre, iron…the list goes on. It’s a good green and has a stronger flavour than spinach or romaine. We likey.

I balanced that with green apple, banana, hemp seeds, a little kiwi and half a medjool date, avocado + water. Badabing! 😎👊🏻…now time to go whip up this majestic bowl for yourself!

Green Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
 
Use organic ingredients when possible
Serves: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 c leafy greens (i.e. kale, spinach, romaine, or chard)
  • ½ peeled lime
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • scant 1 c filtered water
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender (using tamper to push everything down and keep it blending) until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with raspberries, kiwi, granola or anything else that floats your boat that day! Make it fun!
