How To Slice Cherry Tomatoes In A Snap
Tomatoes are a great source of antioxidant vitamins A and C and offer additional benefit when cooked as heating tomatoes breaks down the cell walls for easier absorption and also increases the availability of the wonderful, heart-healthy nutrient lycopene. I like to roast my tomatoes with a bit of coconut oil, salt and pepper and in the oven at 350 F until slightly shrivelled and a bit browned. So yummy!
So cool, right? I can’t wait for you to try this out at home and let me know how it goes in the comments below! It might just revolutionize your tomato experience.
A huge thank you goes out to Rob for sharing this indispensable time saver!
