  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen chopped)
  • 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbps hemp seeds
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 scoop Genuine Health vegan greens+ O
  1. Blend until smoothie.
  2. If too thick, add a bit of extra water to achieve desired consistency.
