Creamy Tahini Dressing
- - 2 lemons juiced (approx. ⅓ cup juice)
- - ⅔ cups tahini
- - 2 tbsp cup olive oil
- - 3-4 tbsp filtered water
- - ¼ tsp salt
- - ¼ tsp pepper
- Blend all ingredients well with blender of immersion blender until smooth.
- Store in airtight container (will last up to a week)
