Thanks for stopping in. Now’s a great time for me to tell you a little about what you can expect here.
I believe in being real and eating real. I’m not about fad diets or being dogmatic about food. I don’t like to be defined. I’m not vegan, vegetarian, paleo or strictly dairy or gluten free. I simply believe in eating whole and unprocessed food as often as possible (mostly plants) and not beating myself up when I stray. I don’t want you to feel guilty either. After all, stress is one of the biggest barriers to wellness. I know that making changes isn’t always easy especially in our busy lives. My mission is to be realistic about holistic health and have fun while we’re at it.
The fundamentals of holistic nutrition recognize that each of us are biochemically unique and therefore there is no one-size-fits all diet or lifestyle that will work for everyone. This is critically important when working with clients one-on-one. That said, there are plenty of natural nutritional guidelines and wellness practices which promote improved health and healing. I’m here to highlight and help educate you around holistic nutrition as we journey towards our best health!
