Blueberry Oat Float Smoothie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • ½ c frozen banana
  • 1 loosely packed cup ripped up Swiss chard
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp oats
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 tsp almond butter
Instructions
  1. Add more oats if you want to make this into a smoothie bowl. Makes 2 servings.
