- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen chopped)
- 1 cup water or non-dairy milk
- 2 tbps hemp seeds
- ½ lemon (peeled)
- 1 scoop Genuine Health vegan greens+ O
- Blend until smoothie.
- If too thick, add a bit of extra water to achieve desired consistency.
