- 1 frozen banana (fresh or frozen) chopped
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk (store-bought in a carton, or homemade)
- 1 medjool date (pitted)
- ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Genuine Health vegan fermented proteins+
- Blend until smoothie.
- If using all frozen fruits, you might want to add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
