Serves: scant ½ cup of sauce
  • 2 tbsp miso paste (I used red rice miso, but you can use any colour or bean you prefer)
  • 1 small lime (juice)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp ginger powder (or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  1. Add all ingredients into a resealable glass jar and shake vigorously until miso dissolves and everything is fully blended.
  2. Keeps well in resealable glass jar up to a week in fridge.
