Serves: ½ cup
  • 3 limes (approx. ¼ cup fresh lime juice)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  1. For vinaigrette, simply add all ingredients to a glass jar and shake vigorously.
  2. Keeps in fridge, tightly sealed, for 5-7 days.
