Creamy Tahini Dressing
 
 
Use organic ingredients when possible
Ingredients
  • - 2 lemons juiced (approx. ⅓ cup juice)
  • - ⅔ cups tahini
  • - 2 tbsp cup olive oil
  • - 3-4 tbsp filtered water
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • - ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients well with blender of immersion blender until smooth.
  2. Store in airtight container (will last up to a week)
