Vitality Green Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen chopped banana
  • 1 (overflowing) cup of ripped kale
  • 1 tbsp juice of ginger root
  • 1 cup unpasteurized apple juice
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 23g veggie protein
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and mix until well combined and creamy!
  2. * GINGER JUICING TIP: to get juice from ginger root without a juicer: simply grate ginger root on smallest setting of a hand grater. Collect resulting pulp from inside and squeeze ginger pulp in hand until all the juice comes out!
