Basic Cashew Cream

Use organic ingredients when possible
  • 1-cup cashews
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  1. Soak cashews at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse well.
  3. Add all ingredients into high-speed food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Scrape down sides with spatula when necessary and adding more liquid to achieve desired consistency)
  4. Makes about 1 cup and will last in the fridge for 5-6 days.
